Shipping
We ship products anywhere within the United States using traditional domestic carriers. Our products are made-to-order. When you place an order the manufacturing process begins immediately.
Typically, orders will be manufactured and shipped within 3-5 business days. On rare occasion we experience a backlog of orders of up to 4 weeks.
International Orders
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Our "No Problem, Dude" Guarantee
We are serious about your satisfaction. We love our products and are confident that you will too! But if for any reason in the first 60 days you would like to return your product, just contact us and we will start the ball rolling.
Returns
Once we provide return information to you, simply ship the item back. You are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. When received, we will inspect the shipment and notify you that we have received your returned item and initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
